accept the following forms of payment:
1) Paypal payment, allowing you to use Paypal's secure online payment system, without disclosing your credit/debit
card details to us. (Paypal is a free, easy and secure way to send payments online. If you don't already have a paypal
account you can open one by visiting the paypal website and registering); 2) Credit card payment by telephone;
3) Cheque or postal order
(UK customers only).
Please
read the following ordering and payment instructions to ensure a smooth transaction.
ORDER PROCESS
Once you have decided which item(s)
you wish to purchase from our website, please complete our order form which you can also access from our navigation bar.
You will be asked to fill in the Order Reference
Number (WSN number) and item description for each item you wish to order. These details can be found in the listing for each
of our items for sale. You should open a new browser window for the order form to enable you to copy these details onto the
form easily.
You will be required to provide your name, delivery address, contact details, and indicate your chosen
method of payment. If you choose Paypal as your method of payment, you will also be required to provide the email address
that is registered to your Paypal account.
We will use your personal details only for the purpose for which they
are provided and will never disclose them to another party. Please see the policies page for more details on privacy.
When we receive your order form we will reply to you by email,
to confirm if the item is still available. If the item is still available for sale we will advise you of the total sale price,
including the shipping cost. (For information regarding shipping costs, please see the policies page).
If you have chosen to pay by Paypal we will send you a Paypal invoice.
If you
have chosen to pay by credit card over the telephone, please call +44(0)2891477504. If you get our answering service, please
leave your name, number and a convenient time to call you back.
If you have chosen to pay by cheque or postal order,
we will email you an invoice and details of where to send your payment.
PAYMENT
The
status of the item(s) that you have ordered will be changed to 'Reserved' for 7 days (please note that this is 7 calendar
days and not working days). If payment is not received within 7 days, the 'Reserved' status will be removed and the
item will become available for sale again. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made within the 7 day reserved
period.
The item status will be updated to 'Sold' when we receive your payment in full. Your order will
be shipped within 3 working days of payment being received by Paypal, credit card or postal order. If payment is made
by personal cheque, the item will be held and shipped once the cheque has cleared.
If you change your mind, we
request that you cancel your order by email as soon as possible so that we can make the item available for sale to other customers
without having to wait until the 7 day reserved period has lapsed.
